A Doggy Tale?
Recently I visited my auntie. She excitedly told me of an incident that had occurred the previous Saturday when she had younger family members vising her. In the front porch were many solar powered small plastic figurines which would move their arms up and down. She was pointing out to her niece that the angel one had moved slightly on the shelf, but the Jesus one had not moved at all. The niece was cleaning it to see if that would make a difference, when a lovely labrador pulling on its lead of an elderly tall lady came into the porch. Not a natural thing for a strange dog would do. It looked fixedly into my aunt's and then her niece's eyes. Then it went into the house to my deceased uncle's favorite son and let him fuss him and stroke its soft fur.
My aunt and niece believed it had the spirit or influence of my uncle, I concurred. My aunt had never seen the dog or owner before. The timing of the incident was spot on for when the family were together.
Many years before when I went to the funeral of my grandmother in London. Inside the church during the funeral in a patch of sunlight a beautiful butterfly was fluttering up and down. I thought it was a sign sent from my grandmother, and not just a coincidence.
Our loved ones can communicate with us after passing. It can be in many different ways, such as in dreams, or a feeling that they are around in the house. The flickering of the lights, or even moving small objects to a different spot. Conditions in the house need to be peaceful and loving.
